PARTNER & DISTRIBUTOR TERMS, POLICIES & CODE OF ETHICS

Effective From Date Of Partnership
Applies To: All Partners, Distributors, Business Developers, Leaders, and Affiliates of Enterprisers Nextlevels International Limited ("ENL", "the Company"), Enterprisers Nextlevels & Wellness Marketing Company, Enterprisers Nextlevels Academy Limited, Enterprisers Nextlevels Multi-Purposer Cooperative Society Limited and all future arms.


1. PREAMBLE

Enterprisers Nextlevels International Limited is a purpose-driven corporate ecosystem spanning wellness products, cooperative finance, real estate, training, and lifestyle initiatives. Our business model is built on people development, ethical entrepreneurship, integrity, and long-term value creation.

This document sets out the Terms, Policies, and Code of Ethics governing all ENL Partners and Distributors. Compliance with these policies is mandatory and forms the basis of a sustainable, reputable, and legally compliant multilevel marketing (MLM) operation.

By registering, operating, or remaining active as an ENL Partner or Distributor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these policies.


2. DEFINITIONS

  • Company / ENL: Enterprisers Nextlevels International Limited & all associated arms.
  • Partner / Distributor: Any individual or entity registered to market, distribute, or promote ENL products or services.
  • Upline / Downline: Relationship structure within ENL’s MLM compensation system.
  • Prospect: Any potential customer or partner not yet registered with ENL.
  • Account: The official ENL partner profile registered under the Company’s system.

3. BUSINESS MODEL CLARIFICATION

  1. ENL operates a product-driven multilevel marketing model.
  2. Earnings are derived from:
    • Retail sales of ENL-approved products and services.
    • Performance-based bonuses and incentives as defined in the ENL compensation plan.
  3. ENL is NOT:
    • An investment company.
    • A get-rich-quick scheme.
    • A passive income or guaranteed returns platform.

Any representation contrary to the above is strictly prohibited.


4. ETHICS, INTEGRITY & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

All Partners must:

  1. Conduct themselves with honesty, professionalism, and respect.
  2. Uphold the ENL brand image at all times.
  3. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  4. Promote ENL products based on truthful, verifiable, and approved information only.

Unethical behavior, misrepresentation, or conduct capable of bringing ENL into disrepute will not be tolerated.


5. PRODUCT & INCOME CLAIMS POLICY

5.1 Wellness & Health Claims

Partners must not:

  • Exaggerate product benefits.
  • Claim that products cure, prevent, or treat diseases unless officially approved and documented by ENL.
  • Make medical claims, guarantees, or comparisons not supported by Company materials.

All product promotions must align strictly with ENL’s official product descriptions and training materials.

5.2 Income & Lifestyle Claims

Partners must not:

  • Promise guaranteed income, fixed returns, or risk-free earnings.
  • Present ENL as an investment or financial scheme.
  • Use misleading lifestyle marketing (luxury cars, mansions, cash displays) without proper disclaimers.

Income examples shared must:

  • Be factual and personal.
  • Include a clear disclaimer that results vary and depend on individual effort, skill, and consistency.

6. TEAM ETHICS & NON-POACHING POLICY

To preserve trust, structure, and unity within ENL:

  1. Poaching Prohibited
    • Recruiting, persuading, or inducing another Partner or Distributor to leave their existing upline is strictly prohibited.
  2. Canvassing Existing Partners Prohibited
    • Approaching, pitching, or re-presenting ENL opportunities to already registered ENL partners under another team is forbidden.
  3. Team Interference Prohibited
    • Disrupting, destabilizing, or undermining another leader’s team directly or indirectly is not allowed.

Violations of this section are considered serious ethical breaches.


7. MARKETING, ADVERTISING & COMMUNICATION

Partners may:

  • Use ENL-approved marketing materials.
  • Promote products and opportunities respectfully online and offline.

Partners may NOT:

  • Alter official logos, brand identity, or compensation explanations without approval.
  • Run misleading advertisements or paid promotions without compliance review.
  • Use spam, harassment, or deceptive sales tactics.

All digital, print, and verbal communications must reflect ENL’s values of truth, clarity, and professionalism.


8. MULTI-ARM ALIGNMENT POLICY (WELLNESS, COOPERATIVE, REAL ESTATE & ACADEMY)

ENL operates as a corporate ecosystem with multiple strategic arms. All Partners must understand and respect the boundaries, rules, and compliance requirements governing each arm.

8.1 ENL Wellness (MLM Distribution Arm)

  • Operates strictly as a product-driven multilevel marketing structure.
  • Earnings are tied to product sales, team performance, and approved incentives.
  • Must comply fully with Sections 3–7 of this policy on ethics, claims, and non-poaching.

8.2 ENL Multi‑Purpose Cooperative Society

  • The Cooperative operates as a member-owned financial entity, governed by cooperative laws and internal bylaws.
  • Participation in the Cooperative is voluntary and separate from MLM enrollment.
  • Partners must NOT:
    • Present cooperative savings, shares, or loans as guaranteed investments.
    • Tie cooperative participation as a condition for joining ENL Wellness or earning MLM income.
    • Misrepresent cooperative benefits, interest, or loan approvals.

All cooperative communications must emphasize financial discipline, member responsibility, and regulatory compliance.

8.3 ENL Real Estate Arm

  • Real estate opportunities are asset-based transactions, not MLM investments.
  • Partners may only promote:
    • Projects officially approved and released by ENL Real Estate.
    • Verified pricing, documentation status, and development timelines.

Partners must NOT:

  • Promise fixed returns, guaranteed appreciation, or rental income.
  • Sell, resell, or market real estate units without written authorization.
  • Use ENL Real Estate to lure prospects with exaggerated wealth projections.

8.4 ENL Academy (Training & Capacity Building Arm)

  • ENL Academy delivers education, training, and capacity-building programs.
  • Certifications, courses, or workshops must not be marketed as licenses to earn income automatically.
  • Partners may promote Academy programs only using approved outlines, outcomes, and pricing.

Academy participation must be positioned as skills and mindset development, not income assurance.


9. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & COMPLIANCE

  1. Each Partner is entitled to one (1) account only.
  2. Account sharing, manipulation, or duplication is prohibited.
  3. ENL reserves the right to:
    • Audit accounts.
    • Request clarification or evidence regarding activities.
    • Suspend accounts pending investigation.

10. DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS & SANCTIONS

Any breach of these policies may result in one or more of the following actions, at ENL’s sole discretion:

  1. Formal warning or compliance notice.
  2. Temporary suspension of account and earnings.
  3. Deactivation of account.
  4. Permanent termination of account.
  5. Forfeiture of unpaid bonuses or incentives.
  6. Expulsion from ENL programs, leadership structures, or forums.

Inactive or active accounts found in violation may be deactivated or permanently terminated without compensation.

10. TERMINATION

Upon termination:

  1. All rights to commissions, bonuses, ranks, and benefits cease immediately.
  2. The terminated Partner may not represent ENL in any capacity.
  3. Confidential information and proprietary materials must not be used or disclosed.

11. AMENDMENTS & UPDATES

ENL reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these policies at any time to align with growth, regulation, and strategic direction. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such updates.


12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.


13. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Enterprisers Nextlevels International Limited Partner & Distributor Terms, Policies, and Code of Ethics.
